Return Policy

Thanks for choosing Anisaty Style products.

To ensure your satisfaction, we are pleased to accept your returns within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.  and after considering below conditions:

• The returned or exchanged item must be unused and wrapped in its delivered packaging
• The returned or exchanged item must be undamaged and in the same condition at receiving
• The returned or exchanged item request must include its invoice as a proof of purchase
• The returned or exchanged item must be delivered to the location notified by our professional team
• The returned or exchanged item must not be part of the promotional list
• We are not responsible for expectations of customer use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page on our website.

  Deduct 30% or a value of at least 500 EGP if the customer does not want the product and the latter has no defect or problem mentioned.

Anisaty Style will not be able to support if any of the above conditions is not present.

After receiving the returned or exchanged item, our quality team will inspect the item request and feedback in 10 calendar days line products.
